Please read carefully before going ahead with your requests:

1- Do not use online booking for more than 10 notarizations. Email us to [email protected] for a volume discount

2- Do NOT sign or date documents before you meet the notary

3- You must have a valid government-issued ID with your signature and photo

4- You can download your notarized document(s) using the link we will send you after the online meeting with your notary (within 24 hours). Sealed and ink-signed hard copies of your document(s) will be mailed by the Notary to your mailing address upon your request

5- Late cancellation & No Showing policy: You will be charged full amount for cancelling your appointment without providing a 2-hour notice or if you do not show in call with Notary

6- One Notary Signature will be considered as One Notarized Document

7- I understand and accept that it is my responsibility for confirming whether an online notarization will satisfy my institution’s requirements and, finding out what notarization service will serve my purpose and required by the requesting party, and I will confirm this before my appointment. 8- I understand and accept that All-Canada Notary is not responsible for any missing information or other mistakes caused by me. I will need to book a separate online notary appointment with a regular service fee should I need a Notary to mistakes caused by me. (Check mark required)
